Wrong size. Poor Communication….
"I purchased a ring from them and they sent the wrong size. I even took it to a jewelry store to have the jeweler check to make sure. When I reach out to them, they did get back to me and told me that I could return the ring and they would send a new one. I returned the ring over a month ago and have emailed them multiple times and not heard back. I paid them a significant amount of money and still no word at all about the replacement…."
